We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for a variety of end-user devices, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable operation of workplace technology. You will work independently on moderately complex incidents and service requests while delivering excellent customer service to internal clients.
