Your tasks

The Bid Manager works as part of the Sales Team. The role incorporates excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and a good eye for detail and accuracy. The Bid Manager is responsible for coordinating and producing the bid or proposal response document for new and existing client opportunities, managing the content library and required portals and capturing and updating required records/meeting notes as required and continuous improvement of the bid process.

Your tasks:

Analyze project requirements and IT service specifications and ensure all products/services are included in the offer
Maintain strong product knowledge to support customers
Collaborate with teams to create tailored solutions
Develop pricing and solution proposals
Manage bid portals with timely updates and communication
Document and track key points, decisions, and actions from bid meetings
Control document versions and ensure process compliance
