- Networking & Power Protection – Installed Cisco Catalyst 1000 PoE switches for reliable device connectivity.
- Deployed APC Smart UPS 750VA battery backups for critical terminals and printers.
Deployment Approach
- Central Staging & Imaging: Devices were pre-imaged, stress-tested and labelled at Brainotech’s regional staging centers.
- Off-Hours Installation: Overnight installations ensured immediate cutover with a rollback plan to avoid downtime.
- Central Configuration: Menu and tax updates were broadcast to all sites using Brainotech’s “fix once, change many” template system
- Global Logistics Coordination: Managed serial-level tracking, customs clearance and local compliance end-to-end connectivity.
