DEPLOYMENT APPROACH
- Central Staging & Imaging:
Devices were pre-imaged, stress-tested, and
labelled at Brainotech’s regional staging centers. - Central Configuration:
Menu and tax updates were broadcast to all sites
using Brainotech’s “fix once, change many” template system. - Off-Hours Installation:
Overnight installations ensured immediate cutover
with a rollback plan to avoid downtime.
Global Logistics Coordination:
Managed serial-level tracking, customs clearance,
and local compliance end-to-end.
