Summary

We led a comprehensive global network refresh and Wi-Fi deployment across mission-critical enterprise offices and data centers. This project spanned multiple countries and time zones and included predictive and post-deployment Ekahau surveys, structured cabling, AP and switch replacement, and full delivery management.

Challenge

Outdated and fragmented infrastructure was limiting
performance and scalability. The upgrade required careful
planning to avoid downtime and ensure compliance with local
standards in diverse environments

Outcome

Each site now runs on a faster, more secure, and scalable
network. Wi-Fi performance significantly improved in highdensity zones, and latency-sensitive applications now run
seamlessly. Thanks to local sourcing, timezone alignment, and a
hands-on project delivery model, the implementation was
smooth and exceeded expectations. Our commitment to
responsiveness, proactive planning, and hands-on support was
highly appreciated by stakeholders.

Solution

Conduct predictive Wi-Fi surveys using Ekahau AI Pro across all global sites
Conduct APoS and Pre-Active survey methods
Utilise Ekahau Sidekick 2 for pre-deployment validation and post-deployment fine-tuning, enabling testing across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
Remove and replace legacy APs, switches, UPS, and PDUs with modern hardware from leading vendors including Cisco, Aruba, CommScope,
APC, and Ubiquiti.
Install and commission structured cabling using Cat6A and fibre optic cables
Source copper/fibre cables locally in each region to ensure rapid delivery and compliance with
local standards
Deploy certified engineers at all locations, managing logistics, compliance, and stakeholder
coordination
Maintain service delivery and technical teams across business hours and after-hours to ensure smooth communication and proactive issue
management
